Capricorn has been a longstanding partner, and when approached for assistance with specific challenges within their country and organization, I readily accepted the opportunity. After a comprehensive assessment of the issues at hand, we identified critical bottlenecks and set out to address them.
One of the key initiatives I spearheaded was the development of a seminar, designed to be not just informative but also hands-on. The seminar covered not only the technical aspects of engine servicing and installations but also emphasized the importance of implementing high-quality servicing practices. I firmly believe that providing top-notch quality service creates a win-win scenario for all stakeholders. Customers are willing to pay a premium when they can discern and appreciate the level of quality delivered, while mechanics benefit from a more conducive and hygienic working environment.
In addition to service quality enhancement, another challenge Capricorn faced was the establishment of a well-equipped workshop. In response, I facilitated the procurement and delivery of essential tools required to optimize the workshop's functionality and efficiency. This step was instrumental in overcoming operational obstacles and ensuring a smoother workflow.
